About KPS Roses

KPS Roses are one of the fastest growing rose wholesalers in the UK, offering a complete range of bare root and container roses to independant and large chain garden centres, garden designers and flower show exhibitors. Based in Suffolk in the south-east of England KPS Roses are ideally situated to grow, pack and dispatch orders of all sizes across the United Kingdom.

The business was registered as a limited company by Kevin Smith, already a rose grower of great renown locally, in 2008 and has quickly become established. Growing at a great rate with new contracts being taken on year on year, KPS Roses now have several members of full time staff in the fields and in the office and a number of seasonal staff during the hectic budding and lifting seasons.

About Kevin Smith

Kevin's personal pedigree is second-to-none having trained under the late, great world leading rosarian Peter Beales MBE since he was a young man. Throughout his time working with Peter Beales, Kevin absorbed all the knowledge possible on budding, growing and harvesting roses and puts these skills to good use while running KPS Roses and continues to produce quality roses surpassed by none.

How to order

Bare root roses take around 18 months to produce so orders are normally placed during early spring for delivery the following November when the plants go into dormancy. However during November we sometimes have surplus stock and so have availability lists showing what varieties are available to purchase there-and-then. There is a minimum order of £300.
